All travellers arriving at or departing from Entebbe International Airport (EIA) are required to complete a Passenger Location Form prior to travel.
The form can be accessed via: https://poes.health.go.ug/declare/
- All arriving and departing passengers (international and domestic), crew and transit (transfer) passengers will also undergo Port Health screening procedures.
- These preventative measures have been implemented to help ensure the health and safety of all travellers.
